Wipes and paper towels clog pipes and pumps! ‘Flushable’ is not what it seems!
Despite what their labeling may claim, ‘flushable’ wet wipes and paper towels are causing issues on sewer systems and wastewater plant equipment. Though they may technically go down when you flush, wet wipes and paper towels do not easily breakdown. only toilet paper and what comes from the human body should be flushed down the commode.
